  • Eleni Demosthenous is an internationally accredited Executive and Team Coach with over 20 years of global experience across the US, Europe, and the Middle East. She has worked with Fortune 500 leaders, startups, nonprofits, and government organizations—guiding them in unlocking purposeful leadership and team excellence.

    A lifelong student of personal and spiritual development, Eleni blends deep professional expertise with heartfelt presence. She’s passionate about holding space for women to access their inner wisdom, realign with their power, and expand into lives of extraordinary abundance and joy.

    Having led transformative programs like She Experts and Accelerating Women in Leadership, Eleni is devoted to creating spaces where women are fully celebrated. Through her work, she invites high-achieving women to lead with grace, intention, and bold authenticity.

  • Alessia Orsi is a certified GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® trainer and therapist, and the founder of La Fenice Training, a wellness studio located in Northern Italy.

    Known for its welcoming atmosphere and high-caliber training, La Fenice serves a wide range of clients daily and hosts internationally recognized teacher training courses.

    Alessia works with individuals of all ages and abilities—from those recovering from physical challenges to those seeking overall well-being, as well as dancers and athletes at both amateur and professional levels. Her approach is rooted in a deep enthusiasm for the body’s mechanics and a holistic view of physical, mental, and emotional health.

    Her ongoing studies in movement, meditation, and massage therapies enrich the experience she offers in every session. In addition to GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® classes, Alessia also leads Breathwork, Meditation, and Soul Groove (a dance-based movement class), both at her studio and in various settings including corporate team-building events, online sessions, and wellness retreats.

    Alessia’s work is driven by a passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies, enhance their vitality, and discover lasting well-being through conscious movement and inner awareness.
